We have a weird format. (I did it on purpose.)
Here's how it works:
Pick three items (not including dessert) for $60. I'll cook them and we'll bring them out to you in a coursed format--not all at once and not "as they're ready" like you might find in a tapas restaurant. Blacksheep isn't tapas nor is it a "small plates" restaurant. It's a restaurant--that's really all. Pro tip: If you want to do it the right way, just give the menu back and let me cook you one of everything. That's really the way to do it. Share the food. Talk about it. Enjoy not having to make any decisions at all. Try new stuff.
It's not (usually) so "square" as soup, salad, entree. In fact, some of the earlier "portions" may be larger than the later ones. It's all food. All you have to do is pick the things that you want to eat and order some wine or beer. The rest of the stuff happens in exactly the same manner as it would any other place.
Do yourself and your partner/dining guests a favor: don't order the exact same thing. If you do, you've missed the whole scope of the place entirely. And that's just sad. Sad. Sad.
These menus are subject to change based on product availability.
